More difficult than I thought

I started this blog to jolt myself out of my rut of too much mindless TV viewing. This is turning out to be more difficult that I imagined. I just can't seem to drag myself away from my screens. If it isn't the TV, then it's the computer drawing my attention. When I was a kid, TV and books coexisted peacefully in my life. Nowadays, I check out books from the library, only to have them sit untouched on my bedside table. How can I write a blog about books if I don't ever read any books?
